Order Cancellation & Refund  
- Orders placed with online payment will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 days.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.  
- To cancel, email support@bhavnakhakhra.in.  
- If eligible, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.  

Partial Payment Refund (COD Orders)  
- If a COD order is canceled before dispatch, a partial refund may be issued.  
- If canceled after dispatch or more than one hour after placement, a Rs.100 deduction will apply for processing and dispatch costs.  

Return Policy  
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via support@bhavnakhakhra.in.  
- Returns are accepted only for damaged products within this time frame.  
- If approved, return instructions will be provided.
